Cancellation Effective Date

Your cancellation is effective as of the date we receive your written notice, provided it is within the three (3) business day window.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


Refund Policy

Full Refund - Three-Day Cancellation Period

If you cancel within the three-day cancellation period, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

Refunds will be processed within:

5-7 business days for credit card payments

7-10 business days for bank transfers

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

After the Three-Day Cancellation Period

Services Not Yet Started

If you wish to cancel after the three-day period but before any services have been performed, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus:

Administrative fees (if applicable)

Any third-party costs already incurred

Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)

Services Partially Completed

If services have been partially performed:

You will be charged only for the work completed

Remaining funds may be refunded on a prorated basis

A detailed breakdown of services rendered will be provided

Services Fully Completed

No refunds are available if services have been fully performed and completed, and the three-day cancellation period has passed.

This includes:

Completed credit report analyses

Lender introductions already made

Consultations already held

Digital products already accessed

Dispute letters already submitted

Services already rendered

Credit Repair Services

CROA Compliance

In full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):

You have a mandatory three (3) business day right to cancel without penalty

We provide a Notice of Cancellation form with every credit repair contract

No advance fees: Payment is only collected after services have been rendered

Ongoing Credit Repair Services

For month-to-month credit repair services:

You may cancel at any time with written notice

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

No refund for the current month's services already rendered

No early termination fees

Credit Stacking Programs

Three-day cancellation right applies with full refund

After three days, refunds are prorated based on:

Consultations completed

Credit analyses performed

Lender applications submitted

Resources and materials provided

Business Loan Brokerage Services

Three-day cancellation right applies with full refund

After lender introductions are made, brokerage fees are generally non-refundable

If no lenders have been contacted, partial refunds may be available

Success fees (if applicable) are only charged upon successful funding

Consultation Services

Three-day cancellation right applies with full refund

Individual consultations already held are non-refundable

Unused consultations within package may be refunded on prorated basis

Must request cancellation before scheduling next consultation

Digital Products and Courses

Three-day cancellation right applies with full refund

After three days, if content has been accessed, generally non-refundable

If no content has been accessed, may be eligible for refund

Lifetime access products cannot be refunded once extensively used


Exceptional Circumstances

Case-by-Case Review

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Refund requests outside of the standard policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Circumstances that may warrant special consideration include:

Medical emergencies

Significant life events

Service delivery issues or delays on our part

Dissatisfaction due to misrepresented services

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Scheduled Consultations and Calls

24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling

Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of that session

No-shows without prior notice will be charged as a completed session

Rescheduling is permitted based on availability

All service descriptions are accurate and realistic

Written Contracts

All agreements are provided in writing
